Phew! Who are you? From where are you coming from to poke your noses in the internal matter between the Wadhawan brothers and NCD-FD-holders of the DHFL? The Wadhawan brothers promised to give back our money in total, that too, multiple times. Their pleas were simply ignored to pre-determinately hand over the DHFL to a special person, a secondary kin of a ruling-party’s favoured business tycoon. If anyone follow the chronology of the events⤡, it will be clear to him/her regarding the manipulation done by a third party, appointed legally by the ill-conceived IBC (2016–amended multiple times within 4+ years).

The RTI Act (2005) was introduced in India to ensure democratic accountability and dialogue between the so-called “governing class” and the so-called “governed”. INTRODUCTION

The aim of this paper is to highlight the political role that the construct of Islamophobia plays in the contemporary scenario of Indian politics under the crony governmentality of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its associate organizations under the Saṅgh Parivār, viz., how the very construct is presented or propagandized, how it finds manifestation in the public domain, how it relates to the grave socio-economic catastrophes that India is currently facing and so on. The paper also reaffirms the syncretic underpinnings of the geo-political formation of India by often alluding to historical studies, political events and cultural moorings. In doing so, it proposes a political strategy that far transcends the narrow electoral politics of regimented formations to conceive an outlook of resistance that repudiates the narratives of manufactured hate and exclusivist intolerance.

INTRODUCTION:

Has anyone ever heard of the incident of losing FD-holders’ money in the post-independent India? Especially after the nationalization of banks in 1969? However, in the Mo-Shah (Phonetically equivalent to non-vertebrate mosquitoes) regime, we have seen this unprecedented case of non-risky investments going astray. This is the “success” of the crony government in India that is allowing rapists, superrich wilful defaulters, rioters/pogromers etc., to move scot-free under massive political protection.
